Terms of Service

I WILL DRAW:Any fandom, character(s) or pairing
Original characters, real people (portraits)
Fanfic covers, fanfic scenes/panels, and book/comic covers
NSFW (depending on the type of kink/fetish involved)I WON'T DRAW:Heavy mecha/armor
Furries (but animal ears or tail is fine)
NSFW with characters looking underage (must look aged up or like adults)
Urgent deadlines

1. ORDERING & PROCESS

  • Once the terms have been read, please proceed to fill out the Commission Order Form.

  • A concise description with all important details must be provided (commission type, clothing, pose, expressions, accessories, personal/commercial use, etc.) and visual references.

  • The artist will check the client's order, send an email to let them know if the commission is approved, and go over the pricing table and other specifics.

  • Once the details are finalized, a PayPal invoice will be sent to the client's email. The commission will start only after payment confirmation is received.

  • The client will be provided with watermarked work-in-progress updates at different stages.

  • Minor edits are permitted at any stage (adding small details/color changes, etc.). The sketch phase allows up to two major edits (pose/costume changes). Any major changes requested after the sketch has been finalized will be charged extra.

2. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

  • All payments will be sent in $ USD via PayPal.

  • 2 Payment options: 50% deposit before commencement of work, with the remaining 50% due upon finalization of the sketch OR Full upfront payment.

  • Refunds are payable in full only if no artwork has started. A 50% refund will be given to the customer if they decide to cancel the commission while the sketch is still in progress.

  • No cancellations or refunds will be provided after the sketch is finalized. Chargeback requests will also not be accepted after the artwork is finished.

  • In the event of cancellation by the artist due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. illness, injury, etc.), the client will receive a full refund.

3. DELIVERY

  • Strictly first come, first serve. I will notify when I start working on your commission request.

  • It will take between 1-4 weeks to complete the commission (depending on the complexity of the art).

  • If you would like the artwork to be on different dimensions, please specify this in your request.

  • The delivery will be made in full resolution as a PNG file via email, file-sharing service, or another agreed-upon method.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS

  • The artist retains all rights to the commissioned artwork (e.g. I may consider displaying certain SFW artwork on my social media for promotional purposes).

  • The client is granted Personal, Non-Commercial Use rights to the commissioned artwork; including but not limited to social media display (provided credit is given to the artist), gifs, wall art, fanfics, etc.

  • Commissions for Commercial Use, where the client intends to use the artwork for profit-making purposes (such as mass production, selling, distribution for profit, original book covers, merchandise, business/marketing purposes, etc.), will require a separate contract signed by both parties. Commissioned artwork for commercial use will be subject to an additional fee.

  • The client is NOT permitted to use my artwork for any AI purposes or meant as an NFT.
